Since the jewellery that we offer is bespoke and tailored to the options you select, we cannot offer any returns or refunds for change of mind, malicious damage or general wear and tear.

Any goods received with manufacturing faults or defects can be raised to us within 28 days to be further assessed. If the goods are found to be faulty, we will meet our statutory obligation as required by Australian consumer law to provide a remedy. Please contact us if you have any questions​
